CBC Installation

If you are getting a library error after downloading CBC, it might be due to a build with missing libraries. I will try to keep an up-to-date list here:

• For Windows
  https://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Cbc/Cbc-master-x86_64-w64-mingw32.zip
• For Mac OS
  https://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Cbc/Cbc-master-osx10.15-x86_64-gcc9.tgz
• For Linux
  https://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Cbc/Cbc-master-static-xenial-linux-x86_64-gcc.tgz
