Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This PR adds an import adapter + schema for the Biomérieux MINI VIDAS® instrument.

Current behavior before PR
Mini Vidas results are rejected by the server due to non-conform ASTM format
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Mini Vidas results are transformed into an ASTM message and handled by an import schema.
