Accompanying code for "Optimistic Initialization for Exploration in Continuous Control"

To install, create a python venv, then install dependencies:

python -m venv venv
source ./venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

then install the appropriate version of PyTorch 1.8.

Commands to run all experiments can be found in commands.txt
