Most of the changes to master since 3.0.1 are only test code and adjustments to code analysis and test tooling.

#103 does have some changes to PHP doc array declarations.

I think that is the only thing that actually changed in the lib folder, and even that is PHP doc comments. So there is no real change to run-time code. But it might be useful to have the latest PHP doc annotations up-to-date in a patch release.

Tomorrow, I plan to look through the other "small" sabre repos like event, http, xml, and get everything up-to-date in their master branches and make patch releases from the master branches.
(I have done patch releases from the old major version branches in the last few weeks, and need to get the master branches in sync)
