update container version to v35

Summary of the PR

This version includes libepoxy dependencies
which is required for vhost-device-gpu crate

LGTM, but I think is better to link also the container PR where that tag is generated in the commit description. I mean rust-vmm/rust-vmm-container#103

This version adds fixes for libepoxy dependencies

IIUC we are just adding the libepoxy dependency required to build vhost-device-gpu, so I'd not talk about fixes.
