Proposing to replace

let mut x = PathBuf::from("/foo");
x.push("/bar");

by

let mut x = PathBuf::from("/foo");
x.push("bar");

changes the content of x (/bar ⇒ /foo/bar). This is not equivalent and should not be MachineApplicable, even if the original code is suspicious.
