This pull request updates Phlex to version 1.11, bringing significant improvements for PhlexUI. The key changes in Phlex 1.11 include:

Phlex::Kit No Longer Experimental: Phlex::Kit has moved out of the experimental stage and is now a fully supported feature. 🎉
Improved Constant Loading in Phlex::Kit: Enhanced the way Phlex::Kit loads constants when a component’s method is called before the constant is loaded, improving reliability and performance.

For a detailed overview of all changes, please refer to the official Phlex 1.11 release notes.

With this version, which officially supports Phlex::Kit, the warning message indicating that it might be removed will disappear.
