Also, the PPM DEB package auto-installs completions into
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/rspmif bash-completion is installed, so we can remove theecho "source <(rspm completion bash)" >> ~/.bashrcstep.Refs: https://github.com/rstudio/package-manager/issues/14421
