Hi!

There is a new format for BHC addresses that make it impossible for people to confuse Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash addresses: https://www.bitcoinabc.org/2018-01-14-CashAddr/

Would it be possible to update the code running on https://riseup.net/new-address/bch to use the new format?

Here are two separate tools that can be used to convert the old address to the new format:

  1. https://github.com/coinbase/cash-addr
  2. https://github.com/schancel/cashaddr-converter (also hosted on https://cashaddr.bitcoincash.org/)
