I'd like to translate homepage into Turkish, I know the "polyglot" gem I use for is not whitelisted on Github Pages but the owner of the gem said it might be considered to be whitelisted in the future after talks with one of staff of Github. So, I made this PR as WIP.
untra/polyglot#64
