Add support for weeks and add various languages

Adds support for displaying weeks.

Any number of days more than 6 and less than a month will now be counted as a week.
WARNING: this will affect existing implementations of this gem. To retain the same behaviour, add except: :weeks to the options wherever using this method, as explained here: https://github.com/radar/dotiw#except

Adds support for the following languages:

• Danish (dansk)
• French (français)
• Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)
