Archlinuxarm kernel actually was builded on Kali linux and repacked to arch.
Updated crosscompilers did not like old cxx flags set. As for void-linux, it uses old crosscompiler so kernel compiles with both sets. 5.15.79_1 for new set and 5.15.79_2 for old set.
