Thanks for Qian Yuting for pointing out the error. In the previous version, the radial integral part was incorrectly written as r squared, but it has now been corrected to r cubed.
Additionally, the previously missing r squared term contribution to the matrix element, mentioned last time, has been added. With these corrections, we can now calculate the circular dichroism of graphene.
