Towards #110, this PR adds a new
PrePostNEGDclass for pretest/posttest nonequivalent group designs. The intention is that this data is analysed with the ANCOVA approach.We have an example notebook, although currently this uses synthetic data. In the future we can replace with a better (real) dataset.
