[patch] Save a recovery file (#474)

* Automatically save a recovery file with the node raises an exception

This can be disabled by setting the `.recovery` attribute to `None`

* Demo recovery in the quickstart

* Extend the workflow failure integration test to check for recovery file

* [unrelated] Expose the FailedChildError in the API

* Format black
