This PR contains our manual decaf diff for the source directory.
Keeping with our decaf standards, the diff is compared against
machine-decaf-sourcewhich contains only machine decaf data.Allowing the diff to only be that of any manual changes made to make the code more readable.
If passed, this will be merged into
machine-decafwhich will then be merged directly intomaster
