in the documentation unzipper
i see the default option on the extract command is 1.
I Tried Adding concurrency value 10. and it worked.

it seems unzipped fails to unzip if the zip file is too large.

Motivation and Context

instead use the admZip library
which has a 2 GB limitation. and still maintain the unzipper
