The new tests are heavily inspired by existing tests in this repository for other versions of Flyway and for the Postgres and MSSQL JDBC drivers.

The code looks OK. @matneu are you OK with the include docker image?

Not sure if it matters, but the Docker images should be the same as those already used by existing tests in the repository.
