Submission request: R/rstats templates

I found some resources for using R (https://www.r-project.org/) with OpenFaaS (listed here), but there were no templates.

I followed the official Go and Python templates and created templates for classic and of-watchdog (http mode) + a Dockerfile based API example for R, which are in this repo: https://github.com/analythium/openfaas-rstats-templates

I'd like these to eventually land in the OpenFaaS template store. Feedback is welcome.
