Release v4.0.0 of the OpenAIRE Guidelines for Literature Repository Managers

The OpenAIRE Guidelines for Literature Repository Managers specify the application profile based on Dublin Core, DataCite, and OpenAIRE properties as well as its use of the OAI-PMH protocol to support metadata aggregation into the OpenAIRE infrastructure.
