First time setup

Clone the repo using git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/virtual-puppet-project/hugo-PaperMod.git
Make sure hugo is installed on your system
Run hugo server -D in the repo root
Go to localhost:1313

To run anytime after, just repeat steps 3 and 4!
