I was wondering why inactive channels' settings are ignored (see message in the referenced lines above). My images have many tens of channels and only a few are ever active at once, so transferring rendering settings with this tool is basically impossible. I would love for all channels' settings to be applied, even the inactive ones.

Hi @jmuhlich, as we discussed in https://forum.image.sc/t/omero-cli-render-set-cant-adjust-disabled-channels/56273, this statement is out of date and the behavior of the plugin has been modified to apply rendering settings independently of whether a channel is active or not. I have opened #67 to update the command-line help accordingly

Oops! I was pretty sure we had discussed this but I forgot it was at image.sc. Glad to hear it's fixed.
