This PR includes the following changes:

Refactor: Consolidated publications metadata into a single file for improved maintainability and readability.
Visibility Workflow Update:
On deposit: Publications are now set to private visibility and are viewable only by Admins, Library Reviewers, and the depositor.
On approval: Visibility is updated to public to make the publication accessible to all users.
