I have updated the document to enhance accessibility for attendees with disabilities at conferences.
These changes aim to create a more inclusive and accommodating environment for all attendees.

This PR is related to improve the measures that should be taken during conference, especially for disabled people i.e. installing of ramps, sign language translator, etc.

If you feel unwell or show any symptoms of an illness, such as fever, cough, or fatigue, stay home and avoid contact with others to prevent transmission.
Get Vaccinated:

Follow local health recommendations for vaccinations, including booster shots, to reduce the risk of infection and severe illness.

Monitor Health:

Stay aware of any symptoms or changes in your health and seek medical advice if you develop symptoms consistent with infectious diseases, such as COVID-19.
