Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ Zekun Lou here.

  • ๐Ÿƒโ€ Currently working on AI for Science (Physics, Materials Science).
    • Graduate student at SAbIA group, Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter (MPSD).
      • Advisor: Mariana Rossi @ MPSD.
      • Current reading for the Master's degree at Prof. Dante's group, RWTH.
    • Working on developing SALTED, a Gaussian process regression model for electron density prediction.
    • Previous project(s):
      • ๐Ÿชœ Accurate XC functionals based on equivariant graph neural network. Advisor: Han-sen Zhong.
      • ๐Ÿ”ง Other research experiences are mainly about experimental physics during my bachelor's, including designing vacuum chamber and developing pirani gauge.
  • ๐Ÿ™„ I consider myself (always) a beginner to ML's vast land.
    • ๐Ÿค” Because I major in Physics rather than CS.
  • โšก Fact (fun facts...? I don't think so):
    • ๐Ÿ”ง I do most of my work with Python and PyTorch, or coding from scratch.
    • โž• Plus, I'm also (deeply) interested in Wolfram Mathematica. (Beautifule toy, isn't it?)
