Fix TypeError when navigating with Turbolinks

🔧 Small fixes

We fixed the issue with TypeError when user navigates away from a page before the request is finished. Thanks to @yhirano55, the issue was resolved in #144 🎉

Also, @yhirano55 fixed one entry in the documentation in #145, thanks a lot for that.
