Authenticated WMS tile downloads.
Attachments
When you create a point, you can now attach a photo from the camera or the gallery. After tapping on a point on the map, at the top of the details view you can see the attachments. Tapping on one shows the full image and gives you the option to share or delete the attachment.
Fixes for tile server URL validation. UI updates to support attachments and better handling of the empty state when creating a point in a feature collection that doesn't have any user defined fields.

User location crash fix
Tapping the user location on the map could cause a crash. Rolling this along with the xyz fix into App Store version 1.3.1.

Features
- New and improved saved server list in the settings view that lets you see the layers of your WMS servers and use your XYZ tile server or any WMS layer as a basemap.
