Add Jellyseerr Community Container

This json should create a Jellyseerr community container, per #5901. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make this happen.

Thank you for the suggestions! I've accepted them all.

It looks like, based on the Jellyseerr reverse proxy docs, the Caddfyile would just need to be modified a bit to add Jellyseerr at jellyseerr.ncdomain.com. I can't figure out where the Caddy reverse proxy is configured in nextcloud AIO for Jellyfin, for example. Would the Caddy container just recognize Jellyseerr automatically if installed?

If so, I can add a PR to change the readme for Caddy. If not, what would need to be done to get that working?
