Currently when the user changes timeline parameters, the time range stays the same. It can be a good thing when adding a new stream for a stream comparison for instance, but it can also be misleading as the events count displayed doesn't change:
This PR adds the opportunity for the user to define if they want to keep the currently displayed time frame or recompute it based on the dataset start and end (after modifying the timeline parameters).
