Project team round

Here we discuss topics that need broader attention, for example questions that came up but are outside a single project's scope, larger planned changes/PRs that affect all teams or pending work that is blocked by external factors.

   • started porting all SLI tests to PyTest (see in-depth)

   • nothing to report, work as usual

   • nothing to report, not many issues currently
7. Infrastructure
   • deployment mechanisms being smoothed out, site-specific configuration now also in repository
8. Documentation
   • Building docs had issue with urllib on read-the-docs solved, please update from master if your local build fails!
   • Sphinx build on GitHub CI now works
   • HPC docs now in NEST simulator documentation
   • Microcircuit example on NSG now work
9. EBRAINS
