Great. I'm also made a local release of the 1.9 jars. All RSpecs works for neo4j-core, neo4j-wrapper, neo4j gems.
The https://github.com/andreasronge/neo4j/tree/master/example/ha-cluster also works with the 1.9 ha jars.
However, I've not managed yet to run Rails using the 1.9 jars of neo4j-enterprise by following this: https://github.com/andreasronge/neo4j/wiki/Neo4j%3A%3Aha-cluster

Specs worked for me also.

Just tried the HA cluster and I get a hang with the same messages.log that you put in the issue. None HA seems to be working fine.
