Set SemanticDrilldown to specific commit before it adds sub-module

This fix forces the version of SemanticDrilldown to be a specific commit and not a branch. It was tracking the "master" branch, which added a sub-module. This caused meza deploys to break due to meza-ansible not having the correct access rights to clone the sub-module properly.
