@chuembucket sounds good. I do wonder how much information the data sources will provide about the projects. But it'll be interesting to construct a time line based on L&I permits and such!

My hunch is that the building & zoning permits dataset from L&I may be more helpful for this purpose: https://www.opendataphilly.org/dataset/licenses-and-inspections-building-permits. And maybe demolitions: https://www.opendataphilly.org/dataset/building-demolitions. Either way, there will probably be a fair bit of data preparation needed. But it sounds like a fun challenge! Happy to chat through it as needed.

Cool. I'll be comfortable doing the data prep in R, incorporating those other L&I datasets too. Putting it into JS will be more of a challenge!
