This PR removes duplicate files between the implementation in
m4fandm4fstackby using symlinks. It also makesdilithium2the variant, that the other variants symlink to for the files specific to the stack optimizations (just as it is the case for them4fvariants).Thanks to @marco-palumbi for pointing this out.
