Focus script

This script is used to focus on a specific task by blocking access to certain websites for a certain amount of time.

Usage

• Fill the block-list.txt file with the websites you want to block.

• Run the script with the duration you want to block the websites for.

chmod +x focus.sh

sudo ./focus.sh --duration=30m or --duration=1h
