The file
shift.hppdefined macro variables_x0to_x688. Generally, names starting with_are reserved by the C++ standard and might invoke undefined behavior when used. In this specific case,_x86is used by the Windows SDK, more preciselywinnt.h. It thus causes compilation issues when used on modern Windows platforms. This PR fixes that issue.
