Version 1.2.0

This release focused on making the weechat-otr plugin "usable", with a full set of features.

At this point, the project can be considered as a "working, usable OTR plugin", ready for intensive day-to-day use.

Please keep in mind that this is still experimental software as far as its security is concerned.
You can use it every day without hitting any rough edges, but that doesn't mean you SHOULD use it for life/death situations.

The next stable release should focus on making the security claims of the project more sound and safer, but never trust a piece of software with your life.
