- MSVC is unsupported. Removes 60 min wasted x64-windows build time from vcpkg.ci.
- osx needs gnu-sed from brew.
- explicitly disable undeclared dependencies.
- remove sundials and portaudio due to not being picked up at least in static builds.
- ensure PKGCONFIG.
- fix --only-downloads
- use vcpkg-make
- cleanup
