  1. Change GitLab messages to be more consistent with GitHub 

    - Use the same `{icon} {author} {details}` format rather than `{author}
{icon} {details}`
- Use the same emojis
- Emojify the content
- For onMergeRequestOpened, add support for draft state and labels
