Verifies users who don't have a phone number/don't want to share their phone number with Discord
Auto-verifies users over a specified account age.
Users with a minimum account age can send it the message "verify" and it will verify them.
Informs users below the specified minimum account age to message Moderator Mail to get verified if they attempt to verify with the bot.
