A user wants a simple devnet via:
cargo run --release -- --devnet then the gas price is programatically defaulted like before
The user wants to override this gas price he uses:
cargo run --release -- --devnet --gas-price 10
The user wants to reflect l1 gas price he uses:
cargo run --release -- --devnet --l1-endpoint <l1_mainnet_key> --preset mainnet --override-devnet-chain-id
