GitHub Account Manager v1.8.0

GitHub Account Management Tool is now at v1.8.0

The tool can now open a Git Console inside the cloned repository and open the repository inside Visual Studio Code.
It's now even more easier to clone and work with repositories and this tool will save you some times from doing everything manually.

The tool can now save your data and will remember you next time you clone a repository.
User will only have to enter their information only the first time they use the tool.
