Initial release with mutiple cell operations.

Added raster cell selection tools with saving/loading selections to/from map layers.
Added QGIS expressions support including probing rasters and interpolation on vector and mesh layers.
Added low-pass 3x3 raster filtering.
Multiband rasters are now fully supported.

Minimum QGIS version is 3.10.
