Add the GPU logic for patching up unfilled cutouts that emerge when a stroke offset curve has a cusp near a high curvature zone in the source curve. The patch is bounded by the evolutes of the intermediate Euler spiral segments as described in Nehab20 and GPU-friendly Stroke Expansion (see particular Figure 7)
This also adds new test scenes that demonstrate the effect.
