Pre Hackfest

Get LCA2011 changes merged into trunk
Move to git and away from launchpad
Decide who is coming to the hackfest
Everyone that comes to the hackfest must have a working Zookeepr env
Generate an Agenda and tasks for the hackfest
Triage all the bugs and move them to github

Hackfest

Work on release critical bugs
Work on documentation
Do a 1.0 release

Post Hackfest

Users (e.g. LCA) submit bugs to github and follow up on -devel mailing list
