community: Add deprecation warning for GigaChat integration in langch…

…ain-community (#28022) - **Description:** We have released the [langchain-gigachat](https://github.com/ai-forever/langchain-gigachat?tab=readme-ov-file) with new GigaChat integration that support's function/tool calling.
