Project created
started adding classes using VS Wizard.
added hull and derived classes. worked on boat and raft inheritance. created 20 x 10 map and included picture. created GPS to track boat.
changed hull an derived classes to have no data members.
Water and Wind added. Propulsion and child classes added. Boat functions and data members re-arranged and added.
Boat and components construct correctly. Boat can navigate according to conditions, however it does not know how to get around the island. updated readme to reflect this. const correctness and noexcept according to core guidelines.
