Fixes updater trying to download most recent, but incompatible Syncthing version.

Notes:

• Requires daemon version 0.11 or newer. For older daemon version, please use v0.6.5.
  If you have Keep Syncthing binary up-to-date option enabled, new daemon version will be downloaded upon first start.
• Windows installer will download ~11MB package with required libraries during first installation.
