Use LuaLaTeX instead of pdfLaTeX to build the slides. This fixes knowsys#5. Use latexmk instead of relying on two runs sufficing to build the documents.

Use LuaLaTeX to build the slides (fixes #5). Use latexmk instead of running pdflatex twice.
