A cocky title. But that's just wishful thinking, because I so hope it's true.

Arm64 macOS EPTravisTester worked fine. The macos-12 (x64) did not, and that's because my previous build of E+ picked up the GHA toolcache python 3.12 instead of the one from my action. So this sets "check-latest" to force not using the toolcache one.
